Legend Media aims to become the dominant player in China. Founded in 2007, the Company is building its foundation through the rapid acquisition of exclusive and comprehensive advertising agreements for China's leading radio stations.
Legend Media is currently working to acquire the exclusive advertising rights to numerous radio channels for extended periods of time. The Company’s will have a wide range of airtime across different stations that will allow it to fully customize advertising packages targeting specific demographics for the direct sale of airtime to advertisers and to advertising agencies that purchase the advertising airtime for their clients.
Legend Media’s strategy is to allow customers to leverage its extensive industry experience. The Company uses internally generated statistical reports to provide consulting services to enhance the effectiveness of its customers' marketing campaigns.

China’s media industry growth rate through 2008 is forecast to approach 40 percent. China has a radio audience of over 500 million, and residents are now spending more time commuting than ever before. Substantial increases in radio listening times behind the wheel have driven the demand for Chinese radio ad space, resulting in higher ad rates and increased margins. Legend Media’s first two acquisitions will reach over 30 million people in China. Currently, radio stations are controlled by provincial-level government organizations, most of which have not yet privatized their advertising. As a result, advertisers wanting to access the radio have no choice but to purchase advertising from the entity that controls provincial-level advertising. Legend Media intends to be China’s leading radio advertising firm, resulting from its competitive advantages and early market entry. This translates directly to growth and upside potential for Legend Media.
