Begins West Coast Tour Demonstrating Innovative Technology That Transforms Harmful CO2 Emissions Into Useful Products

SANTA BARBARA, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 4, 2008 -- Carbon Sciences, Inc. (Other OTC: CABN.OB), the developer of a breakthrough technology to transform Earth-destroying carbon dioxide (CO2) into Earth-friendly carbon products, announced today that it has completed its much anticipated Mobile Prototype.

The Mobile Prototype is a demonstration of Carbon Sciences' breakthrough carbon transformation technology. Installed in a Carbon Sciences lab truck, the Mobile Prototype will be driven on tour to support the Company's public awareness and business development initiatives. The Mobile Prototype demonstrates the Company's GreenCarbon(TM) Technology for converting harmful CO2 into carbonate products for use in building materials, paper, plastics, fertilizers and other industrial applications.

The Carbon Sciences Mobile Prototype will begin its tour at the RedChip Investor Conference in Scottsdale Arizona on February 7. Other tour stops during the month of February include, Phoenix, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
