Perfisans Prepares for Further Corporate Development

TORONTO, Nov. 8, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Perfisans Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: PFNH.OB), a next-generation semiconductor design house focused on the high-speed wireless communication and consumer semiconductor markets, announced today a reverse stock split and change of the company's name to Aspire International Inc.

The Board of Directors and the company's shareholders believe that it is in the best interests of the company to implement a reverse stock split. Perfisans' shareholders and Board of Directors have approved a twenty-five to one reserve stock split, effective after Nov. 7, 2007. The Board of Directors and shareholders also approved the change of the company's name to Aspire International Inc. to reflect the new global business plan and business development goals of the company.
