INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS

Unique product with no direct competition. The Company’s alternative biofuel has unique properties in comparison with traditional biodiesel and other competing fuels and has the potential to be well received by the market. GNB’s fuel is price competitive with distillate fuel oil. The Company’s proprietary production process is simpler, less capital intensive than traditional biodiesel, and allows its biofuel to be produced at a signifi cantly reduced cost. In addition, the technology is automated, resulting in reduced labor and energy expenses.

The unique properties of GNB’s alternative biofuel in comparison with competing products are:

  • GNB’s biofuel produces approximately 80% less carbon dioxide emissions and almost 100% less sulfur dioxide than traditional petroleum diesel.
  • GNB’s biofuel can be made from a wide array of renewable oilseed crops such as soybeans, canola, palm, sunfl ower, cotton seed, mustardseed, jatropha, restaurant waste oils, and animal fats.
  • Traditional biodiesel is typically used in blends of up to 20%. GNB’s biofuel can be used at 100% strength.
  • GNB’s unblended biofuel is a 100% renewable product, while traditional blended biodiesel products are still 80% petroleum based.
  • No solvent properties, therefore no wear on the elastomer seals of pumps and fuel handling systems when used in pure form
  • Lower NOx (nitrous oxide) than diesel or biodiesel
Some traditional biodiesel products begin to gel at typical winter temperatures, whereas
  • GNB’s biofuel stays liquid in temperatures well below zero degrees Fahrenheit.
