Zanett Secures Second Place in 3 Categories:
Mid Size Business Solutions, Integration and SOA Solution, and PeopleSoft Solution
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Zanett, Inc. (NasdaqCM: ZANE), a leading information technology (IT) consulting firm serving Fortune 500 corporations, mid-market companies, and highly classified federal agencies involved in Homeland Defense and Homeland Security, today announced that three times it secured 2nd place in 3 distinct categories at the annual Oracle Titan Awards held recently at Oracle OpenWorld in San Francisco.
Zanett was recognized in the categories of Mid Size Business Solutions (where it tied with DAZ Systems, Inc.), Integration and SOA Solution (where Accenture also was recognized), and PeopleSoft Solution (NasdaqCM: ZANE). Competing for the 2007 Titan Awards this year included such notable entities as Deloitte Consulting, BearingPoint, Fujitsu, and IBM Global Business Services, among others.
Twenty awards were presented on behalf of the Oracle PartnerNetwork to 17 Oracle partners in 19 different categories. Partners were recognized for their success in developing and implementing solutions based on various Oracle technologies, including: Oracle(r) Database 10g, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle SOA Suite, along with the Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise, JD Edwards and Siebel application families.
Partners submitted a record number of nominations covering Oracle technology, applications, and industries, and competed in both solution and momentum categories. Award recipients were selected by an esteemed group of 65 judges, comprising individuals from the media and analyst community, including CMP Media, IDC, TechTarget and Ziff Davis Media, along with Oracle sales, marketing, and development executives.
